Founder & Executive Director, PI-214

Dr. Eugene Frimpong is the Founder and Executive Director of PI-214, bringing more than 25 years of dedicated community service, innovation, and leadership. A visionary problem solver, he has spent his career designing programs that expand opportunity and empower underserved communities.

His work is deeply inspired by the legacy of his late father, Emmanuel Boadu Frimpong, who championed strong Christian values and quality education. That foundation continues to shape Dr. Frimpong’s passion for nurturing the next generation of leaders.

Through PI-214, he is committed to creating pathways for minority youth—particularly within the African diaspora—to enter STEM fields and pursue careers as scientists, innovators, and specialized medical professionals. His mission is to ensure that every young person has the support, access, and encouragement needed to realize their full potential.

Today, Dr. Frimpong continues to lead with purpose, guiding PI-214 as it builds a stronger, more equitable future for the communities it serves.
